Master Documents are checked out

Why can't I check Master Documents in on my machine?

If Master Documents are checked out and administrators can't check them in the reason is because they have been checked out to another machine and are being held locally on that machine. Whilst on a different machine DocMoto won't be able to find them and will fail checking them in.

To change the status of these files sign in as an administrator and select Admin > Show Admin Folders from the top toolbar. Expand the DocMotoConfig folder in the treeview and open the MasterDocuments folder. Highlight all files, right mouse click and select 'Undo Lock (Discard Changes)'. This will change the status back to not being checked out. Be aware that if somebody else has checked these files out, or if they have checked the out onto another machine and are being worked on by selecting 'Undo Lock (Discard Changes)' any changes held locally will be lost.
