Users subscribing to Read Only folders

There has been a case where DocMoto has unexpectedly quit when Users have tried to Subscribe to folders that they only have Read Only access to.

Administrators have full rights so this problem does not affect them when subscribing to folders.

To overcome this problem give Read Write access to your users and they will be able to subscribe without any problems. If this is too open temporarily change the permissions on folders to Read Write access, ask users to subscribe to folders they want notifications on and when finished change back to Read Only. Uses will receive emails depending on the options chosen. Whilst this isn't ideal it would would temporarily solve this problem.

This will give a short term fix. Our engineers are currently working on a fix.
